Occasionally a tracking number shows Delivered before the package actually arrives. If this happens within 36 hours of your expected delivery, please try the following:
- Check your shipping notification email to confirm the package went to the right address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Check around the delivery location - porches, side doors, mailrooms, and with building staff.
- Ask whether someone else in the household accepted it.
- Wait 36 hours. In rare cases a package is marked delivered up to 36 hours before it arrives.
