To qualify
- Submit your request within 365 days of your delivery date.
- Show consistent use for at least 12 consecutive weeks, following the recommended instructions.
- Provide clear before and after photos that reasonably demonstrate a lack of improvement despite proper, consistent use.
How you are refunded
- Requests submitted within 180 days of purchase are refunded to your original payment method.
- Requests submitted between 180 and 365 days are issued as store credit for the full eligible amount. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
Subscriptions
- Only the most recent eligible order qualifies. Earlier shipments and products already used are not eligible.
- The 12-week consistent use requirement still applies.
Returning the product
- The product may need to be returned before a refund is processed.
- Return shipping and label fees are the customer's responsibility, unless the law requires otherwise.
- Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.
