Most charging issues come down to the charger. Try these steps:
- Use a phone charger rated 18–20W. Laptop chargers and fast chargers (45–65W) are too powerful, and the device won't charge on them.
- Charge until the indicator light turns green, and don't use the device while it's charging.
- Try a different cable and wall socket.
Still not working? Devices with a manufacturing defect are replaced free within 365 days of delivery. Email us at support@botaniqueparis.com with your order number and a short video of the device connected to the charger, and we'll arrange a replacement.
