You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Email support@botaniqueparis.com or call (855) 746-7270 with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped it can no longer be cancelled. In that case our return policy applies.
